Eagles' Wings

Eagles' Wings, led by Robert Stearns, is a relational community that strives to live the biblical values of worship, discipleship, and covenant with God and each other, and from that place of relationship to impact the world with the truth, hope, and love of God. Currently there are more than 50 team members spread over three different offices located in Buffalo, NY; the New York City area; and Frankfurt, Germany . Our staff can also be regularly found in Jerusalem .

Our team is made up a wonderfully diverse group of people – from young people fresh out of high school, to twenty-something college graduates and professionals; from stay-at-home parents, to middle-aged folks with families, to older folks who are devoting their senior years to Kingdom purpose. This multi-generational group of believers has in common: a passionate love for God, a commitment to one another, and a desire to see God’s kingdom extended to every area of life.

Each person has a specific department in which he or she serves. Most work in one of our offices or from a home office on specific projects or initiatives. Each day begins with an hour of corporate worship, prayer, and reading of scripture. One night a week, the team gathers for “team night,” a time of Bible study, worship, and prayer. Those that are involved in the internship program regularly meet one-on-one with a senior staff member who helps to disciple them in a biblical lifestyle of servant leadership.

How to Join Eagles’ Wings Staff

If you are interested in being involved full-time with Eagles’ Wings, we would welcome you to learn more about us and about the 9-month internship program. This internship program serves as the “doorway” for becoming part of the EW team and is a special 9-month intensive training program in biblical discipleship and servant leadership. Through this program you will become fully aware of the vision and values of our ministry community and will be challenged in both one-on-one mentoring as well as the discipleship that comes from true “iron-sharpening-iron” relationships.  Click here for more information about the EW Internship Program or to read testimonies from current and past EW interns.
