Our mission is to disciple and raise up the next generation of “servant leaders” equipping them in the areas of servanthood, discipleship and outreach, that they would be prepared to people of influence, demonstrating integrity, character, excellence and compassion in all they do.
Growing in God in the Context of Relational Christianity
The EW Internship Programs are about cultivating a lifestyle that is aligned with the values that we see in the Bible – love, patience, selflessness, leadership with humility, confidence without pride, and a deep passion for God. The goal of these programs is to instill the values of true Biblical Christianity in the hearts of committed believers.
True Biblical Christianity can only be lived in the context of authentic relationship with God and one another. Biblical Christianity is not about independence but interdependence, leaning into each others strengths. This interdependence goes against much of the independent, self-centered mindset of much of our society. Though sometimes uncomfortable, the fruit of this humility, honesty, and healthy sacrifice for one another is a depth of character, compassion and spiritual maturity. It is in this environment of love and caring for one another that each individual is able to reach their full potential in God.
